NOTE: Playbook operates on a project-level basis. You must request activation from Support (support@asite.com) for each project you want Playbook enabled.
How Do I Manage Playbook Permissions on My Project?
Once Support has enabled Playbook, select your required project on Asite.
Navigate to the Projects tab.
Access App Permissions:
List View:
Right-click the project and hover over Roles & Users > App Permissions.
Thumbnail View:
Click the cog icon on the project thumbnail
Choose App Permissions.
In the Form Permissions page, click Form Name (top-right) and input IDPs (Information Delivery Plans).
Check the IDPs box that appears.
These are the permissions specific to your Playbook environment.
Adjust the permissions as required then click Save (bottom-right).
