Getting Playbook Ready

This article will explain the requirements needed to set up Playbook.

NOTE: Playbook operates on a project-level basis. You must request activation from Support (support@asite.com) for each project you want Playbook enabled.


How Do I Manage Playbook Permissions on My Project?

  1. Once Support has enabled Playbook, select your required project on Asite.

  2. Navigate to the Projects tab.

  3. Access App Permissions:

    • List View:

      • Right-click the project and hover over Roles & Users > App Permissions.

    • Thumbnail View:

      • Click the cog icon on the project thumbnail

      • Choose App Permissions.

  4. In the Form Permissions page, click Form Name (top-right) and input IDPs (Information Delivery Plans).

  5. Check the IDPs box that appears.

    • These are the permissions specific to your Playbook environment.

  6. Adjust the permissions as required then click Save (bottom-right).
