Create new Project

This guide will walk you through the process of completing the Project form on the Asite platform correctly.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have the following:

  • Access to Asite: Ensure you have the necessary permissions to complete the Project form.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Log in to the Asite Platform

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the Asite Marketplace platform.

  2. On the top-right of homepage, click 'Login'

  3. A pop-up will open, asking for the following information

  4. Email Address

  5. Password - If you have forgotten your password, you can reset this by clicking on 'Forgot Password?'

  6. 4. Click 'Login'

  7. If your login was successful, you will be taken back to the home page, however you should now see your name and your last login time and date in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Complete Project form/s

  1. Click on your initials and from the drop down select Adoddle view

  2. Navigate to Project forms along the top header

  3. Select project from the menu bar on the left

  4. Select create form from the menu bar on the top right

  5. Complete Project forms: (with all relevant details)

  • Contract name, Contract address,

  • Payment terms

  • Attach copy of your T&C’s

  • Add list of all project locations

  • List of WBS codes with description

  • Add users to create Requisitions, approve requisitions, buying team and create purchase order fields.

  • Add list of users who are able to approve the PO’s by threshold conditions
