Filter Workflow Definitions
Users can filter workflow definition records using search and filter options available in the relevant listing area.
Search Workflow Definitions
Basic Search
Select the Search box at the top-right corner and enter a search keyword.
Column Search
For a more specific search:
Hover over the required column header.
Select the Search icon.
Enter the required search keyword or select the required filter criteria.
EXAMPLE: To search by workflow definition name, hover over the Workflow Name column header, select the Search icon, and enter the required keyword. The listing displays workflow definitions with a Workflow Name matching the search keyword.
Apply Filters
Single or multiple filter criteria can be applied to refine workflow definition records.

Workflow Definition Filters
Filter | Description |
Created By | Filters workflow definitions created by selected users, based on organisation. Provides a searchable dropdown with possible or suggested options. Multiple options can be selected. |
Created Date | Filters workflow definitions created within a selected date or time range. Provides radio button options with additional fields for specifying the required date or time. |
Description | Filters workflow definitions based on the description entered as a search keyword. Provides a text box for entering the required search text. |
Form Type | Filters workflow definitions based on form type. Provides a searchable dropdown with possible or suggested options. Multiple options can be selected. |
Last Modified Date | Filters workflow definitions last modified within a selected date or time range. Provides radio button options with additional fields for specifying the required date or time. |
Modified By | Filters workflow definitions modified by selected users, based on organisation. Provides a searchable dropdown with possible or suggested options. Multiple options can be selected. |
Name | Filters workflow definitions based on the workflow definition name entered as a search keyword. Provides a text box for entering the required search text. |
Status | Filters workflow definitions based on active or inactive status. Available options: Active and Inactive. |
Type | Filters workflow definitions based on workflow type. Available options: App, CustomObject, and Document. |
