Filter Workflow Triggers
Users can filter Workflow trigger records using search and filter options available in the relevant listing area.

Search Workflow Triggers
Basic Search
Select the Search box at the top-right corner and enter a search keyword.
Column Search
For a more specific search:
Hover over the required column header.
Select the Search
icon.
Enter the required search keyword or select the required filter criteria.
EXAMPLE: To search by workflow trigger name, hover over the Name column header, select the Search icon, and enter the required keyword. The listing displays workflow triggers with a Name matching the search keyword.
Apply Filters
Single or multiple filter criteria can be applied to refine workflow trigger records.

Filter | Description |
Created By | Filters workflow triggers created by selected users, based on organisation. Provides a searchable dropdown with possible or suggested options. Multiple options can be selected. |
Created Date | Filters workflow triggers created within a selected date or time range. Provides radio button options with additional fields for specifying the required date or time. |
Description | Filters workflow triggers based on the description entered as a search keyword. Provides a text box for entering the required search text. |
Form Type | Filters workflow triggers based on form type. Provides a searchable dropdown with possible or suggested options. Multiple options can be selected. |
Execution Mode | Filters workflow triggers based on execution mode. Available options: ON_LOAD, POST, POST_SYNC, and PRE. |
Last Modified Date | Filters workflow triggers last modified within a selected date or time range. Provides radio button options with additional fields for specifying the required date or time. |
Modified By | Filters workflow triggers modified by selected users, based on organisation. Provides a searchable dropdown with possible or suggested options. Multiple options can be selected. |
Name | Filters workflow triggers based on the trigger name entered as a search keyword. Provides a text box for entering the required search text. |
Status | Filters workflow triggers based on active or inactive status. Available options: Active and Inactive. |
Task Name | Filters workflow triggers based on the applicable workflow, system task, or integration task name. Provides a text box for entering the required search text. |
Task Type | Filters workflow triggers based on task type. Available options: Integration, SystemTask, and Workflow. |
Type | Filters workflow triggers based on workflow trigger type. Available options: App, CustomObject, and Document. |
