Search and Filter Workflow Triggers

This article helps you understand how to search and filter your workflow triggers on Asite.

Users on Asite can filter workflow trigger records using different search and filter options in the relevant listing area.

Click the search box at the top right and type in your search query.

To run a more specific search, hover your mouse over the relevant column header and enter or select the necessary search filter criteria. For example, to search for a workflow trigger by name, go to the column header for 'Name'. Next, do a mouse hover on the column header for 'Name' and click the search icon next to it, then type the search keyword as required. This will filter the workflow triggers with their 'Name' matching the search keyword you entered.

Following is a list of standard filter options for workflow triggers with their descriptions.

Name

Description

Created By

Filter information related to workflow triggers created by selected users listed based on their organisation.

It populates a searchable dropdown list of possible or suggested options for the selected filter from which one or more options can be selected individually.

Created Date

Filter information related to workflow triggers created in a selected time or date range, or a date selected from a calendar.

It populates a list of radio button options for the selected filter from which you can choose any option. You can then enter additional details to filter the list as required.

Description

Enter a workflow trigger description as a search keyword and filter information related to workflow triggers with a description matching the entered text.

Populates a text box wherein you can enter the required search content.

Execution Mode

Filter information related to workflow triggers based on their execution mode.

It populates a searchable dropdown list of possible or suggested options for the selected filter from which one or more options can be selected individually.

Available Options - 'ON_LOAD', 'POST', 'POST_SYNC', 'PRE'.

Last Modified Date

Filter information related to workflow triggers last modified in a selected time or date range, or a date selected from a calendar.

It populates a list of radio button options for the selected filter from which you can choose any option. You can then enter additional details to filter the list as required.

Modified By

Filter information related to workflow triggers modified by the selected users listed based on their organisation.

It populates a searchable dropdown list of possible or suggested options for the selected filter from which one or more options can be selected individually.

Name

Enter a workflow trigger name as a search keyword and filter information related to workflow triggers with workflow names matching that text.

Populates a text box wherein you can enter the required search content.

Status

Filter information related to active or inactive workflow triggers.

It populates a searchable dropdown list of possible or suggested options for the selected filter from which one or more options can be selected individually.

Available Options - 'Active' and 'Inactive'.

Task Name

Enter a task name (of the applicable workflow, system task or integration) as a search keyword and filter information related to workflow triggers with task names matching that text.

Populates a text box wherein you can enter the required search content.

Task Type

Filter information related to workflow triggers based on their task type.

It populates a searchable dropdown list of possible or suggested options for the selected filter from which one or more options can be selected individually.

Available Options - 'Integration', 'SystemTask', 'Workflow'.

Type

Filter information related to workflow triggers based on their type.

It populates a searchable dropdown list of possible or suggested options for the selected filter from which one or more options can be selected individually.

Available Options - 'App', 'CustomObject', 'Document'.
