Filter System Tasks
Users can filter system task records using search and filter options available in the relevant listing area.

Search System Tasks
Basic Search
Select the Search box at the top-right corner and enter a search keyword.
Column Search
For a more specific search:
Hover over the required column header.
Select the Search
icon.
Enter the required search keyword or select the required filter criteria.
For example, to search by system task name, hover over the Name column header, select the Search icon, and enter the required keyword. The listing displays system tasks with a Name matching the search keyword.
Apply Filters
Single or multiple filter criteria can be applied to refine System task records.

System Task Filters Description
Filter | Description |
Created By | Filters system tasks created by selected users, based on organisation. Provides a searchable dropdown with possible or suggested options. Multiple options can be selected. |
Created Date | Filters system tasks created within a selected date or time range. Provides radio button options with additional fields for specifying the required date or time. |
Form Type | Filters system tasks based on form type. Provides a searchable dropdown with possible or suggested options. Multiple options can be selected. |
Last Modified Date | Filters system tasks last modified within a selected date or time range. Provides radio button options with additional fields for specifying the required date or time. |
Modified By | Filters system tasks modified by selected users, based on organisation. Provides a searchable dropdown with possible or suggested options. Multiple options can be selected. |
Name | Filters system tasks based on the system task name entered as a search keyword. Provides a text box for entering the required search text. |
Status | Filters system tasks based on active or inactive status. Available options: Active and Inactive. |
Task | Filters system tasks based on task type. Available options: App Status Change, Assign App Visibility, Assign File Visibility, Assign Visibility on Associated Files, Attach Document, Authorization Integration, Clear App Tasks, Clear Custom Object Tasks, Clear File Tasks, Distribute Apps, Distribute Custom Objects, Distribute Files, Email Notification, Execute Groovy Script, File Status Change, Link Document, Lock File Activities, Publish App As PDF, Publish File As PDF, Status Change of Associated Items, Unlock File Activities, Update File Privacy, and Webhook. |
Type | Filters system tasks based on type. Available options: App, CustomObject, and Document. |
