How Do I Access aMail Settings in Outlook Web?
Log in to Outlook web.
Open any email.
Click the aMail icon in the top menu bar.
Click Settings.
The aMail panel will open on the right-hand side, providing access to Save Email Preferences.
Select a preference.
Click Choose Location.
Browse all accessible Asite folders.
Choose the required folder and click Save.
Click Save.
How Do I Create a Folder in Asite via Outlook?

While selecting a folder, click the Plus
icon next to the folder list. In the right panel, enter the folder or subfolder name.
Select Process Emails for Machine Learning, if required.
NOTE: Process Emails for Machine Learning allows AI and LLM systems to read and analyse emails saved in the folder. This option is only available when the organisation associated with the Project has permission to use AI and machine-learning tools on data stored in Asite.
Click Create.
A confirmation message will appear.
NOTE: When a folder or subfolder is created in Asite using aMail in Outlook, Allow Saving Emails from aMail is automatically enabled by default.
Understanding Save Email Preferences

Save Email with Attachments | Saves the email and all attachments in the selected folder.
This email is stored as the primary file in Asite, with attachments linked as secondary files. | Save Attachment as a Separate File:
