To set the file preference for your account, follow the steps to navigate to the user account preferences on the Asite account. Once the pop-up for User Preferences displays, follow the steps below:
Click the File Preferences menu option on the left.
Under File Preferences, select your preferred option for creating files from templates:
aDrive – to create files using Asite aDrive
Microsoft 365 Web – to create files using Microsoft 365 online
Note: Once a file preference is selected, one option must always remain selected. You can switch between Microsoft 365 Web and aDrive, but you cannot unselect both.
Click Submit to save and apply the selected preference.
Once saved, the selected option will be used as the default method when creating files from templates.
