To set the download preferences for your account, follow the steps to navigate to the user account preferences on the Asite account. Once the pop-up for User Preferences displays, follow the steps below:
Click the Download Preferences menu option on the left.
Select or clear the checkboxes to define how files should be downloaded.
Click Submit to save and apply the selected preferences.
Given below is the description for the available fields:
Document Downloading
Field Name | Description |
Parent Document | Downloads the main document (for example, PDF, PLT, or DWF files). Placeholder or paper documents cannot be downloaded. |
Include XREF | Downloads referenced XREF files along with the parent document. |
Include Secondary File(s) | Downloads secondary files (for example, ZIP files) associated with the document. |
