Opportunities Overview
In the Opportunities section, vendors can view all Invitation To Bid (ITB) forms raised by the buyer, and the buyer can also see them in their Opportunities section. There are four tabs in this section: Public Opportunities, My Opportunities, Archives and Bid List.
Public Opportunities
In Public Opportunities, you will find ITB forms that have been published publicly on the Asite Marketplace.
Buyer: You can create a public bid by clicking on +New Public Bid to allow suppliers from a larger pool to participate.
Seller: You can add these opportunities to your list by clicking Express Interest.
My Opportunities
In My Opportunities, you will see all private bids or ITB forms that have been issued by you directly to specific Vendors.
Buyer: You can create a private bid by clicking on +New Private Bid to allow specific suppliers to participate.
Seller: In My Opportunities, you will see all private bids or ITB forms that have been issued to you directly.
Archive
When an ITB is awarded, or its due date has passed, it automatically moves to the Archive tab.
Bid Lists
Buyer: A Bid List is a form you create to group all qualified vendors for a specific opportunity. Here you will find the folders you created from your trading partners when you select Add to Bid.
Search
Use the search bar located below the main menu to find specific companies or Trading Partners. Enter keywords such as the company name or relevant details, and the results will update instantly to help you locate what you need more efficiently.
Filters
Use the Filters option in the (top-right) to narrow down the list of companies based on your requirements. Apply category options to quickly find the most relevant results.
