Pre-requisites:
'Admin' permission on the project template where a system task needs to be created.
Below are the steps to create a system task for placeholders in a project template:
Navigate to the 'Workflows' tab and select the project template to create an independent system task or a workflow.
Click the '+ System Task' (Configure System Task) button at the top right to start configuring a system task.
Alternatively, right-click on the project template name and select the 'Configure System Task' option.Enter a name for the system task that is being configured.
Select the task context as 'Document', and document type as 'Placeholder'.
Based on the selected task context, choose a task that the system should perform in the workflow. Click on a task type for the placeholders context below to learn more about the same:
