Implementation of DMARC Policy

As part of our relentless effort to standardise procedure, keeping in view security aspects of the platform, Asite is introducing DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication & Conformance) policy.

There will be changes to the email addresses through which you receive email notifications from Asite.

Emails won’t come from the notifications@asite.com email address.

Region-wise email addresses will change. Emails will be received from the following email addresses:

Asite DMARC policy is being introduced with the 29th March 2026 release.

Benefits of implementing DMARC:

  • Preventing email spoofing & phishing

  • Increase deliverability by determining the legitimacy of incoming emails

  • Allows monitoring of email traffic and identifying sources of unauthorised emails, discovering potential threats.

Impacted areas:

The following email areas will be affected:

  • Daily Notifications

  • Instant Email Notifications

  • Summary Email Notifications

  • Distribution emails

  • Administration

  • Workspace user invitation

  • Subscription emails
