Playbook offers users the ability to create Tasks within Packages and Subpackages.
Tasks can only be set up at the lowest level of the hierarchy.
You can only create Tasks for a Package if it doesn't have any Subpackages.
If a Package does have Subpackages, you can create Tasks for each Subpackage, but cannot create Tasks for the main Package itself.
How Do I Create a New Task?
NOTE: The following instructions assume that you have already created a Playbook Plan and packages/ subpackages. For information on how to set up your Playbook Plan, including packages and subpackages, check How Do I Create a Plan?
Create the Task:
In the panel that appears, you will see multiple tabs to be filled out including:
Basic Details (mandatory)
Forms (optional)
Files (optional)
Acceptance Criteria (optional)
Guidance (optional)
Example (optional)
Once all required tabs and fields are completed, click Done (bottom-right) to create the Task.
