Summary Tiles
The Dashboard displays four summary tiles for the selected Plans:
Tile | Description |
Plans | Number of selected Plans. |
Packages | Number of Packages across the selected Plans. |
Outstanding Packages | Number of Packages that are Not Started or In Progress. |
Completed Packages | Number of Packages marked as Completed. |
Plan Overview
Plan Status
The Plan Status chart provides a visual breakdown of Plan Statuses.
The available Statuses depend on the configuration of the workspace.
Plan Progress
Plan Progress shows a high-level overview of progress across Plans in the selected Projects.
Each bar represents a Plan and shows the overall completion percentage for that Plan.
Select a Plan from the chart to view progress by Stage within that Plan.
Planned vs Actual Deliverables (Schedule Performance Index)
Planned vs Actual Deliverables displays the monthly performance of Forms and files, also known as Deliverables.
The dark bar represents the number of planned Deliverables for the month.
The light bar represents the number completed Deliverables for the month.
The Schedule Performance Index (SPI) compares completed Deliverables against planned Deliverables. A lower SPI indicates that fewer Deliverables were completed than planned.
Hover over the chart to view detailed data for each month.
Planned vs Actual Packages
Planned vs Actual compares planned and completed Packages over time.
The X-axis represents time by months. The Y-axis represents the number of Packages.
The planned line shows the number of Packages expected to completed during each month. The actual line shows the number of Packages completed during each month.
