NOTE: Playbook operates on a Project-level basis. Activation must be requested from Support (support@asite.com) for each Project.
How Do I Manage Playbook Permissions on My Project?
Select the required Playbook-enabled Project on Asite.
Navigate to the Projects tab.
Access App Permissions:
List View:
Right-click the Project.
Hover over Roles & Users > App Permissions.
Thumbnail View:
Click the cog
icon on the Project thumbnail.
Select App Permissions.
In the Form Permissions page, click Form Name (top-right) and input "IDPs" (Information Delivery Plans).
Check the IDPs box that appears.
These are the Permissions specific to the Playbook environment.
Adjust the Permissions as required then click Save (bottom-right).
