Create a Project for Supplier Review

This article will explain how to create a Project in the Performance Management module to review supplier performance.

Creating a Project in the Performance Management module helps you track supplier performance, manage reviews, and maintain feedback related to a specific project.


Create a Project for Review

  1. Navigate to Performance Management.

  2. The Projects page will open.

  3. Click + Create New Project.

  4. The Create New Project form will appear.

  5. Complete all required fields.

  6. Review the information entered,

  7. Click Create.

The Project will be created and displayed in the Projects tab under Performance Management.
When submitting a supplier review, reviewers can select the relevant Project from the available Project list.


Create New Project Field Definitions

Field

Description

Division

Select the division the Project belongs to.

Business Unit

Select the business unit related to the Project.

Project name

Enter the Project name.

Project value

Enter the estimated or actual Project value.

Reviewer

Select the user who will provide supplier reviews and feedback.

Approver

Select the user responsible for reviewing and approving submitted feedback.

360 Reviews required?

Enable this option to allow suppliers to provide feedback to contractors for this Project.
