View aMessages on Files / Tasks

This article explains how to view aMessages on Files and tasks.

Users on Asite can view details regarding aMessages on files or tasks based on the projects and groups accessible to them.

Such aMessages on files or tasks will be available as a separate record while viewing the messaging history, along with specific icons that make it easy for users to identify whether a particular message is on a file or a task.

View aMessages on Files

Below are the steps to view aMessages on files within aMessages tab:

1. Select a user from the left panel to view aMessages created by them on projects accessible to you. Use the magnifying glass icon available to search for users by their name.
In case there are unread messages, it will show the count of unread messages corresponding to the respective user's name or group name.

2. Once you have selected a user from the left panel, details regarding aMessages on files will appear on the right side for the selected user. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the most recent aMessages on files.
Records for 'No Comment' and status change aMessages on files that are created automatically by the system won't show under the 'aMessages' tab; however, this will be available while viewing aMessages on a file from file viewer as applicable. View aMessages on Tasks

Below are the steps to view aMessages on tasks within the aMessages tab:

1. Select a group from the left panel to view aMessages made by its members. Use the magnifying glass icon at the top of the left panel to search for groups by their name.
In case there are unread messages, it will show the count of unread messages corresponding to the respective user's name or group name.

2. Once you have selected a group from the left panel, details regarding aMessages on tasks will appear on the right side for the selected user. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the most recent aMessages on tasks.
