There are three ways to start a Google Meet meeting from Asite. Click on the relevant link below:
A. Start a Google Meet meeting from the Asite Application
2. Upon successful login, you will be navigated to the Asite Dashboard.
3. Click the video call icon in the header section (top right corner).
Note: This icon will be available in the same place throughout the application to create a meeting.
4. Select 'Start Google Meet' to continue.
5. A new browser window will appear, navigating you to the Google Meet login page.
Note: Signing in to Google Meet is only required once to initiate a meeting, unless browser cache data is not cleared.
6. Enter your Google Meet login credentials to continue logging in to your Google Meet account.
7. Once successfully logged in, you will be asked to grant Asite permission to view and control events on all the calendars accessible to you. Click 'Allow' to continue.
Note: Authorizing is only required once to initiate a meeting.
8. A prompt will appear to reconfirm your choice. Click 'Allow' to continue.

9. Now, you are good to join the meeting. Set your microphone and camera as required, then click 'Join now' to continue.
10. Here, you can invite other users using your email account, share your screen with the meeting participants, make an audio or video call and use all other features available in your Google Meet account.
B. Start a Google Meet meeting from the Asite File Viewer
2. Upon successful login, you will be navigated to the Asite Dashboard.
3. Go to the Files area.
4. From the files listing, click the doc ref or file name for which the meeting is to be initiated.
5. The file will open in the viewer.
6. Click the video call icon in the header section (top right corner).
7. Select 'Start Google Meet' to continue.
8. A new browser window will appear, navigating you to the Google Meet login page.

9. Enter your Google Meet login credentials to continue logging in to your Google Meet account.

C. Start a Google Meet meeting from the Asite Form Viewer
2. Upon successful login, you will be navigated to the Asite Dashboard.
3. Go to the 'Project Forms' area.
4. From the forms listing, click the form ID or form title for which the meeting is to be initiated.
5. The form will open in the viewer.
6. Click the video call icon in the header section (top right corner).
7. Select 'Start Google Meet' to continue.
8. A new browser window will appear, navigating you to the Google Meet login page.
