Adding Contact & Recipient Details

Below is a description of the available fields for adding contact and recipient details while creating 'Invitation to Tender'. Click on a field name below to continue:

1. Contact Person

Mandatory - Yes

Description - Select a contact person for the tender package being created.

Values in the dropdown are configurable using project roles.

2. Email Address

Mandatory - Yes

Description - The value will be automatically filled based on the ‘Contact Person’ selected. However, it can be edited if required.

3. Contact Number

Mandatory - Yes

Description - The value may be automatically filled based on the 'Contact Person’ selected. However, it can be edited if required.

4. Recipient Organisation

Mandatory - Yes

Description - The values will be automatically filled based on the selected work package.

A recipient can be any existing project team member registered on Asite. This dropdown represents the name of the organisation to which the concerned recipient belongs.

Values in the dropdown are configurable using project roles.

5. Recipient Name

Mandatory - Yes

Description - Values will be auto-filled based on the selected work package.

A recipient can be any existing project team member registered on Asite. This dropdown displays the recipient's name. Users from the same organisation can be added based on the project configuration.

Values in the dropdown are configurable using project roles.

6. Insert new Recipient

Mandatory - No

Description - Click ‘+’ to enter additional package recipients, if any.

A recipient can be any existing project team member registered on Asite. Users from the same organisation can be added according to the project configuration.

Click on the corresponding ‘x’ icon to remove additional package recipients if added by mistake.
