1. Contact Person
Mandatory - Yes
Description - Select a contact person for the tender package being created.
Values in the dropdown are configurable using project roles.
2. Email Address
Mandatory - Yes
Description - Value will be auto filled based on the selected ‘Contact Person’. However, it can be edited if required.
3. Contact Number
Mandatory - Yes
Description - Value may be auto filled based on the selected ‘Contact Person’. However, it can be edited if required.
4. Recipient Organization
Mandatory - Yes
Description - Values will be auto filled based on the selected work package.
A recipient can be any of the existing project team members registered on Asite. This dropdown stands for the name of organisation in which concerned recipient belongs.
Values in the dropdown are configurable using project roles.
5. Recipient Name
Mandatory - Yes
Description - Values will be auto filled based on the selected work package.
A recipient can be any of the existing project team members registered on Asite. This dropdown stands for the name of recipient. Multiple users from same organization can be added based on the project configuration.

6. Insert new Recipient
Mandatory - No
Description - Click on ‘+’ to enter additional package recipients if any.
A recipient can be any of the existing project team members registered on Asite. Multiple users from same organization can be added based on the project configuration.
Click on the corresponding ‘x’ icon to remove additional package recipients if added by mistake.
