This is where you enter management details for the contract. Click the '+' icon at the top right of the section to add management team members for the contract.
It will populate a layered screen as shown below.
Members in the management team can be added under different titles like 'Project Managers', 'Supervisors', 'Client Team - Others', 'Contractors', 'Contract Team - Others' and 'Draft Only'. Please note that it is mandatory to add management team members under the titles 'Project Managers' and 'Contractors', while for other titles, it is optional.
To add a member to the management team, search for the concerned project user in the 'Search User' dropdown and select them using the available search boxes within the dropdown. Next, select the title you want to add them under from the right side. Once this is done, you will find the users as per their selected management title at the bottom of the layered screen.
To add a member to a separate management team, first clear the selected user list by clicking the clear icon at the top of the selected user list shown at the top right, then follow the same process as mentioned above by selecting different project users and titles as applicable.
Project Managers
Shows the list of project users defined under the 'Project Managers' title for the contract. Users with the role 'Project Manager' are responsible for issuing information to the contractor through any of the communication forms like 13 Contractors Communication, 14 PMs Communication or 15 Supervisor's Communication.
Supervisors
Shows the list of project users defined under the 'Supervisors' title for the contract. Users with the role 'Supervisor' would be raising 15 Supervisor's Communication or 18 Defect Notification by Supervisor.
Client Team - Others
Shows the list of project users defined under the 'Client Team - Others' title for the contract. Users with the role 'Client Team - Others' can be deputies of the 'Project Manager' role. Such users can help the users in the 'Project Manager' role in drafting the required information and sharing it with them once the draft is ready for further follow-up. Users in this role cannot issue information to the contractor unless it is reviewed/checked by users in the 'Project Manager' role.
Contractors
Shows the list of project users defined under the 'Contractors' title for the contract.
Contractor Team - Others
Shows the list of project users defined under the 'Contractor Team - Others' title for the contract.
Draft Only
Shows the list of project users defined under the 'Draft Only' title for the contract. Users with the role 'Draft Only' can be deputies of the 'Project Manager' role. Such users can help the users in the 'Project Manager' role in drafting the required information and sharing it with them once the draft is ready for further follow-up. Users in this role cannot issue information to the contractor unless it is reviewed/checked by users in the 'Project Manager' role.
Enter the required details as explained above, then click 'Update' to close the 'Management Team' screen and get back to the previous screen, else click 'Close'.
