Users on Asite can filter file records using custom attributes.

Filter records using the Date

1. After filtering file records using task completion date, task assigned date, or task due date, click on the filter applied to select a specific date range or time.

2. You can further filter file records by selecting date and time range i.e. task completed within, last or next few minutes, hours, days, or weeks.

3. Alternatively you can filter file records on which task is completed between specific dates.

4. You can also filter out file records on which tasks are completed on a particular date.

5. Select the 'Blank' option to filter records where the value in custom attributes is not set.

6. Click 'Update' to apply the filter criteria, 'Reset' to reset the choices made in the menu or the icon to close the menu.

Filter records using Positive Integer

1. In the files listing view, click on 'Create Filter' and select a custom attribute that has values in positive integers.

2. Click the custom attribute filter option. Select a range or exact value.

3. Select the 'Between' radio button to filter records between two given positive values of integers (for example, between '5 to 10' or '2 to 6').

4. Select the 'Exact' option to filter records having a specific positive integer value in the selected custom attribute (for example, '4' or '6').

5. Select the 'Blank' option to filter records where the value in custom attributes is not set.

6. Click 'Update' to filter the records using the custom attribute filter.
