To view associations on a comment, mouse hover on the associations icon in the 'Comments' view. It will display a tooltip with count of attachments and associations for that particular comment.

Single click on the tooltip will display a popup of attachments & associations allowing you to view more details of attachments and associations.

Attachments tab will display a list of all attachments of a discussion. Selecting a record using checkboxes will enable the 'Download' button.

Accordingly, other tabs - 'Files', 'Apps', 'aMessages' - will display relevant association details. Selecting a record using checkboxes will enable the 'Download' button or 'More Options' button as applicable at the top right side.

In the 'Apps' tab, click on 'More Options' button to create a new form by associating selected form and complete tasks 'For Information' and 'Change Status' on selected form.
