To view associations on a comment, mouse over the 'Associations' icon in the 'Comments' view. It will display a tooltip containing a count of attachments and associations for that comment.

A single click on the tooltip will display a popup of attachments & associations allowing you to view more details of attachments and associations.

The 'Attachments' tab displays a list of all discussion attachments. Selecting a record using checkboxes will enable the 'Download' button.

Accordingly, other tabs such as 'Files', 'Apps', and 'aMessages' - display relevant association details. Selecting a record using checkboxes will enable the 'Download' button or 'More Options' button as applicable at the top right side.

In the 'Apps' tab, click the 'More Options' button to create a new form by associating the selected form, and complete the 'For Information' and 'Change Status' tasks on the selected form if applicable.
