Recreate Folder Structure in Zip / Download Location

  • If all files in a project are selected, the option is automatically enabled and greyed out, meaning required.

    • The following prerequisites must be met for this to happen:

      • Folder depth exceeds two levels (primary folders + subfolders).

      • There is content in at least one primary folder and one subfolder.

Lock for Editing

  • Locks the file (checks it out) so only the user who applied the lock or folder admins can upload a new revision or manually undo the checkout.

  • While locked, no new revision or markup can be uploaded by others.

  • Users with Publish permissions can check out new files but cannot undo an existing checkout applied by another user.

    • Publish permissions do not override a lock on the file.
