Accessing the Asite Marketplace [Buyer/Supplier]

This article will help you log in to your Asite Marketplace with ease.

Cloud Login

  1. Navigate to the Asite Marketplace of your region.

    • For more information on various regions, click here.

  2. Click Login (top-right) and a pop-up appears.

  3. Enter your login credentials (Email ID and Password) and click login.

  4. You will be taken to the Home Page, and the Asite Marketplace Menu will appear.

    • If you don't remember your account password, click on Forgot Password and reset it by following the instructions on the screen.

NOTE: If you are logged in to Asite CDE (Common Data Environment), you will be automatically logged in to the Asite Marketplace (only if your account includes a Marketplace subscription).

Single Sign On

If it's enabled for you, you can log in using the Single-Sign-On (SSO) method.

  1. Click Single Sign-On on the pop-up.

  2. Enter your Email ID and click Login.

Secondary Authentication

  • If enabled, upon logging in, you must enter a 6-digit authentication code generated by the authenticator app you use (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy).

  • Secondary Authentication also applies to Single-Sign On (SSO) logins.

  • If you don't have access to your authenticator app, use one of the recovery codes to log in.
