Create a Folder on the Asite via MS Outlook Using aMail
While saving an email to Asite using aMail in MS Outlook, click the + icon on the right side of the folder panel to create a new folder or subfolder directly on the Asite platform.
To create a folder, you must have the required permission on the Asite platform. To learn more about folder permissions, click here.
The 'Create Folder' window appears:
Enter a name for the folder you are creating, then click 'Create'. A prompt appears once the folder is successfully created, and the newly created folder becomes visible in the folder tree for you to select and save emails.
