What can be created using AppBuilder?

AppBuilder can be used to design customised Form Templates online.

What is the difference between Save and Publish in AppBuilder Designer?

  • Save saves changes as a draft without applying them to the published Form Template.

  • Publish applies the changes and makes the updated Form Template available for use.

Can a Form Template be edited after it is published?

Yes. An existing Form Template can be opened in AppBuilder Designer, modified, saved as a draft, and published when the changes are ready.

Can changes to a Form Template be discarded?

Yes. Select Discard Draft to remove draft changes and retain the previously published version.

Can an existing Form Template be downloaded?

Yes. A saved Form Template can be downloaded as a .zip file from AppBuilder Designer and uploaded through the Form settings when required.
