Define File Statuses in a Project Template

This article helps you understand how to define and manage file statuses in your project templates.

Pre-requisites:

Permission as mentioned below, on the project template in which file statuses are to be defined:

  • You, your organisation, or a user group where you are a member must be assigned 'Admin' permission.

Below are the steps to define file statuses in a project template:

1. In the 'Projects' area, navigate to the project template where you need to define file statuses.

2. Right-click on the required project template and select 'Edit' then 'File Statuses'.

Alternatively, mouse over the project template thumbnail in the thumb view and click the icon. A layered page opens. Click 'File Statuses'.

3. Follow the required steps to manage file statuses in a project (See steps 3 to 15).
