Pre-requisites:
Permission as mentioned below, on the project template in which role history is to be viewed:
To manage the project template, 'Admin' permission must be assigned to you, your organization, or a user group in which you are a member.
Below are the steps to view role history in a project template:
1. In the 'Projects' area, navigate to the project template where role history is to be viewed.
2. Right-click on the required project template and select 'Roles & Users' then select 'User Roles & Access'.
Alternately, in the thumb view, do a mouse hover on the project template thumbnail and click the icon. A layered page opens. Click on 'User Roles & Access'.
3. From the 'Roles' screen, click the 'History' option in the left-hand menu. It shows historical records of all additions and modifications of all project roles for all users.
4. Follow the steps as required to view role history on a project (See steps 3 to 5).
