Pre-requisites:
Permission as mentioned below, on the project template in which proxy access is to be defined:
You, your organisation, or a user group where you are a member must be assigned 'Admin' permission.
Below are the steps to assign proxy access for users in a project template:
1. In the 'Projects' area, navigate to the project template where proxy access needs to be defined.
2. Right-click on the required project template and select 'Roles & Users' then select 'User Roles & Access'.
Alternately, mouse over the project template thumbnail in the thumb view and click the 
icon. A layered page opens. Click 'User Roles & Access'.
3. It shows the existing project roles with the ability to create new roles and assign existing or new roles to users, organizations, and user groups.
4. Follow the steps as required to assign proxy users in a project (See steps 3 to 12).
