Asite’s integration with Sage allows an enterprise to synchronize any object information from Sage 300 systems, including customers, vendors, vendor contacts, projects, and cost-codes.
This integration allows synchronisation of selected object information from Sage systems for further processing on Asite CDE as required.
About Sage
Sage is a market leader for integrated accounting, payroll, and payment systems.
About Sage 300
Sage 300 is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning system supporting the business processes of small and medium-sized companies globally.
Features
Information about each of your objects in Sage 300 appears as a separate list in Asite (including customers, vendors, vendor contacts, projects and cost-codes).
Keep all your object information lists up-to-date based on a set schedule, depending on the available automatic and manual sync options.
Refresh your object list using the separate refresh icon available, as well as filter the list as and when required based on available filter criteria.
For your vendors and customers list, you have an option to:
Add selected records to Asite using the 'Add to Asite' option (if the record is not added).
When using the 'Add to Asite' option for a customer or a vendor, if the selected customer organisation or vendor organisation already exists on Asite, it will be linked to the matching organisation on Asite. Accordingly, if the selected customer or vendor organisation doesn't exist on Asite, it will be created as a new organisation on Asite.
Edit the organisation name on Asite for the selected record by clicking on the corresponding organisation name under the 'Asite Name' column (if the record is not added).
Manually sync any changes made after the last sync to any selected record in Sage 300 using the 'Resync' option in Asite (if the record is already added).
For your vendor contacts list on Asite, you have an option to:
Add selected records to Asite using the 'Add to Asite' option (if not already added).
When using the 'Add to Asite' option for a vendor contact, if the email address of the selected vendor contact is already registered on Asite, it will be linked to the matching organisation user on Asite. Accordingly, if the email address of that vendor contact is not registered on Asite, it will be created as a new user on Asite.
Manually sync any changes made after the last sync to any selected record in Sage 300 using the 'Resync' option in Asite (if the record is already added).
For your projects list on Asite, you have an option to:
Add selected records to Asite using the 'Add to Asite' option (if the record is not added).
When using the 'Add to Asite' option for a project, the selected job on Sage 300 will be created as a new project on Asite. If you already have access to a project with the same name on Asite, you can link the selected job to that project. If not, you still have an option to map it to any one of the existing projects accessible to you on Asite or create a new project from a selected project template as required.
Edit the project name on Asite for the selected record by clicking on the corresponding project name under the 'Asite Name' column (if the record is not added).
Manually sync any changes made after the last sync to any selected record in Sage 300 using the 'Resync' option in Asite (if the record is already added).
For your cost-codes list on Asite, you have an option to:
View existing cost codes based on their related projects
Cost codes are synced and listed based on the project to which they are related on Sage 300. The linked Asite project will have the cost-code created as a configurable attribute.
If a project is not synced, its cost codes won't be synced.
Define additional administrators to manage the Sage objects' information on Asite based on the integration setup.

How does it work?
Log in to Asite: https://www.asite.com
Navigate to the Admin tab --> Select the Integrations function --> Select 'Create Integration' --> Select 'Sage 300' Integration, and complete the Sage 300 setup to activate the integration (Option to manage integrations is available only if you have the required system-level privilege). Reach out to your Asite point of contact if needed.
If the setup is successful, you can click the related integration name from the integrations listing and configure your sync settings. All objects are selected for integration by default (which includes 'Customers', 'Vendors', 'Vendor Contacts', 'Projects' and 'Cost-Codes') and it cannot be changed.
Once the required object information is synchronized, you will be able to click on the related integration name from the integrations listing and see the available records in the listing by selecting the related type of object.
Once the setup is running and active, it can be edited or deactivated later as and when required from the integrations listing.
