Pre-requisites:
'Admin' permission on the project template where a system task needs to be created.
Steps to create a system task for changing status of associated items on forms in a project template are as mentioned below:
1. Follow the steps to create a system task for forms in a project template (steps 1 to 4).
2. Next, follow the steps to create a system task for associated items on forms in a project (steps 2 to 6).
3. Once done, click on 'Create' button to complete creating a system task.
To ensure that your system task for changing status of associated items on forms is executed successfully, please make sure that inheritance for related objects (including 'Document Statuses' and/or 'File Statuses' as applicable) are enabled. All workflows for status not available will fail if inheritance for related objects are not enabled. Contact your Project Administrator if you require any additional assistance.
