Users may receive automated notifications through:

Bell Icon Notifications
When you log in to Asite, the Bell
icon appears in the top-bar.Clicking on the Bell
icon displays notifications relevant to your activity on Asite.Clicking a notification opens the relevant task or activity.
To clear notifications, click Clear All (top-right).
NOTE: Cleared notifications cannot be retrieved.
Browser Notifications
When logging in for the first time, compatible browsers may ask permission to show notifications.
If allowed:
Browser notifications appear for 5 seconds.
You will not be asked for permission again unless you revoke it.
Batch actions trigger a single notification.
Supported browsers:
Microsoft Edge (version 15+).
Google Chrome (latest version).
Mozilla Firefox.
Apple Safari.
Email Notifications
Asite may send email notifications for different actions and system events.
Clicking a link in an email will take you to the related screen after login.
How Can I Stop Receiving Email Notifications?
You can control most notifications by adjusting your Email Notification Preferences in your Preference settings.
NOTE: Some notifications cannot be disabled through preferences alone, including:
Workflow-related failure notifications
System task error notifications
