Manage an existing Org Design Layout

As an organisation administrator, you have multiple options for the existing design layout of your organisation in Asite.

  1. Go to the 'Admin' tab and click 'Design Layout'.

  2. Navigate to your organisation's design layout. It offers various options as listed below:

    1. Enable Proxy for Users - To enable all members from your organisation to assign proxy users for themselves on the projects accessible to them, when they are out of the office, to complete tasks on their behalf.

      You can also choose whether to apply this to your organisation's users (Organisation Users) and/or to users billed to your organisation (Bill To Org Users).

    2. Branding - To use branding options for your organisation on Asite.

    3. Edit Layout - To edit the existing design layout options for your organisation. The options available while editing the existing design layout options would be similar to what you had while creating the design layout for your organisation.

    4. Activate/Deactivate Layout - To deactivate an existing design layout for your organisation, or the other way round.

    5. History - To view the audit history of your organisation's design layout.
