Project Links in List View
In List view, certain Project information is displayed as hyperlinks. These links provide quick access to Project information, related records, or editable Project settings, depending on the selected field.
NOTE: The fields displayed in List View depend on the columns selected when customising the Project listing. For information on customising the displayed columns, see Project Navigation.
Link Type | What It Does | What Happens When You Click |
Name | Opens the Dashboard for the selected Project. | The selected Project Dashboard will open, and the Project filter will update to display only that Project. |
Status | Provides access to the Project where the Project status can be updated. NOTE: This is available only to users with the Edit Workspace Details privilege. | The Edit Project screen will open, where the Project status and other configuration settings can be updated. |
Files (Count) | Opens the files associated with the selected Project. | The file list will open and display the latest file revisions for the Project. |
Last File Uploaded | Opens the Project file list and applies a filter for the most recently uploaded files. | The file list will open with a filter applied to display the most recently uploaded file or files. |
End Date | Provides access to the Project settings where the scheduled Project end date can be updated. NOTE: Available only to users with the Edit Workspace Details privilege. | The Edit Project screen will open, where the end date and other Project details can be updated. |
