This article shows you how to navigate around the project section of Asite.

Click on a relevant link below to understand navigation in 'Projects' area on Asite:


Projects Listing - Thumb View

1. Clicking on 'Projects' tab, you can view all projects accessible to you. The thumb image of project enables you to identify project visually.

From a listing area, click on icon to switch to thumb view as and when required. Accordingly, if you are in a thumb view, click on icon to switch to list view whenever required.

2. The project filter applied on the dashboard view gets retained when you are navigating to the 'Projects' tab.

3. A mouse hover on project thumbnail view displays related information which includes number of files published, last published date, workspace administrator names and project name.

4. Clicking on project thumbnail, that particular project gets updated in the project filter, and information of only that project will be displayed across all available tabs (until the project filter is changed next time).

Mark / Remove Project as Favourite

5. Any project already marked as favourite will show with a (star with yellow color fill).

In the project list view, choose the right click option 'Mark As Favourite' to mark all selected projects as favourite. In the project thumb view, click on (star with no color fill) to mark selected project as favourite. Once clicked, the star icon will then show in yellow color.

To remove the favourite tag from a project, choose the right click option 'Remove As Favourite' to remove all selected projects as favourite. In thumb view, click on (star with yellow color fill) to remove selected project as favourite. Once clicked, the star icon will then show without any color.

6. Project Settings - On mouse hover of the project thumb image, it displays various icons. Clicking on gear icon, it displays different options related to selected project.

Projects Listing - Detailed View

Projects list view contains the project's metadata columns which are dynamically based on the columns configured by you for display.

It also enables you to right click on the project name and access its functionality directly.
