All accessible projects can be viewed via the Projects tab. Any project filters applied in the dashboard view will remain active when you switch to and navigate within the Projects tab.
Switching Between List and Thumbnail Formats
By default, all projects are displayed in a list format. You can switch to a thumbnail view by clicking the thumbnail icon.
You can return to a list format by clicking the list icon (the icon's appearance changes based on the current view).
List Format
When viewing files within your selected project in a list format, you can find metadata columns that give more detail on the files.
To customise these columns:
Select the Customise button on the bottom right corner of the page.
In the pop-up, use the left/ right arrows to move fields between Available Fields and Selected Fields. Only the Selected Fields will appear in your Projects tab.
Arrange the display order of the Selected Fields using the up/ down arrows.
When you’re happy with your selection and order, click Update to save your changes.
Project Settings
To access project settings in this view, simply right-click on the project.
Favourited Projects
Favourited projects can be identified via the filled star icon. To favourite a project when in this format, right-click on the project and select Add as Favourite. You can select and favourite or unfavourite multiple projects simultaneously.
To unfavourite a project, follow the same steps and select Remove as Favourite.
NOTE: All newly added projects are marked as favourite by default.
Alternatively, a project can be favourited by selecting the unfilled star icon. To enable this feature, ensure the Favourite field is in the Selected Field.
To unfavourite a project, simply select the filled star icon.
Thumbnail View
When in thumbnail view, you can access details on the project by hovering over the thumbnail including:
Project Name
Administrator(s)
Number of Files
Last Published Date
NOTE: To view the aforementioned project details in thumbnail view, you must have Files, Tags, and Last File Uploaded in your Selected Fields.
To customise your fields:
Click the customise button (this is only available when your projects are displayed in list format).
In the customise panel, move the required fields (Files, Tags, Last File Uploaded) from Available Fields to Selected Fields.
Click Update to save your changes and switch back to thumbnail view.
Project Settings
To access project settings in this view, select the cog ⚙ icon found at the bottom right of the project thumbnail.
Favourited Projects
Favourited projects can be identified via the filled star icon. To favourite a project, simply select the unfilled star
icon found at the bottom of the project's thumbnail.
To unfavourite a project, click the filled star icon.
Project Settings
Project Settings allow users to configure key aspects of a project. Below is a list of the available settings and a brief description of their uses.

Configure the settings of forms already assigned to the project. | |
