Manage Dashboards

This article will explain how to manage your dashboards.

The Manage Dashboards option in Asite lets you view and control your existing dashboards.

With dashboards, you can:

  • Set your default dashboard

  • Edit existing dashboards

  • Clone dashboards

NOTE:

  • The System Dashboard can only be cloned - it cannot be edited or deleted.

  • If someone shares a dashboard with you and gives you View permission, you won't be able to edit it.

How Do I Manage My Dashboard?

  1. From the Dashboard tab, click Tools (top right).

  2. Select Manage Dashboards.

  3. A list of all your existing dashboards will appear.

    • Management options for each dashboard are shown on the right.

    • Your access level for shared dashboards determines which actions are available.

Set as your default dashboard.

Edit available details, including:

  • Name

  • Description

Learn how to edit your dashboard.

Clone the dashboard.

Delete the dashboard.

NOTE: You can create a new dashboard from the Manage Dashboard screen by clicking the plus + icon (top right). Learn how to create a new dashboard.
