How Can I Save Email to Asite with the Other Locations Option in aMail?

This article will explain how you canthe choose a folder to save emails, set up rules and sync folder to Asite from aMail.

When saving an email, setting a rule, or syncing a file on Asite through aMail on Outlook web, follow these steps if you:

  1. Select Other Locations.

  2. In Other Locations, you can:

    • View all accessible folders.

    • Access your favourite locations.

    • Search for a folder using the search bar.

  3. Select a folder.

    NOTE: To search for a specific folder, use the Search Folders bar

  4. Click Select.

  5. Once selected, the folder will be used to store all emails saved on aMail.

NOTE: In some cases, you will be taken back to the previous screen, then click Save.

TIP: While choosing a folder, if you want to Create a New Folder or Subfolder, click the Plus icon next to the folder list.
