The Automated Revision Sync system task ensures that documents marked for O&M (Operations & Maintenance) remain up to date without manual intervention.
When a new revision is uploaded to the source location and meets the defined trigger conditions, the system automatically updates the corresponding document in the target location.
NOTE: Revisions can be synced across Projects only when both Projects are in the same data centre.

Revision Sync Options
Option | Description |
No options selected | Changes made in the source Project will be reflected in the target folder, even if the matching Document Reference (DocRef) does not exist in the target folder.
For example, if a new file is added to the source Project and the matching DocRef does not exist in the target folder, the file will still be copied automatically. |
Sync only if DocRef exist in Target | Revisions will be synced only if the matching DocRef already exists in the target folder. If the DocRef does not exist, no action will be taken. |
Copy secondary files | If the uploaded or revised document contains secondary files, those files will also be copied to the target folder. |
NOTE: The target document will only be updated when the source document has a newer revision. If the source document is an earlier or matching revision, no update will occur.
