This article helps you understand how to play audio or video files in viewer.

Asite users can directly play audio or video files accessible to them. All popular audio and video file formats are supported for playing directly from within your web browser, without the need for any native application. Refer the image and the table below for an overview:

Play

To play the audio/video. You can also play audio/video by clicking directly on the screen when it is paused.

Pause

To pause the audio/video. You can also pause audio/video by clicking directly on the screen when it is playing.

Volume Control

To mute / unmute the audio/video volume.

Move the slider (available upon mouse hover) up / down to increase / decrease volume.

Elapsed Time

Displays elapsed audio/video time.

Total Time

Displays total audio/video time.

Play

Quick option to play the audio/video directly on the screen.

Seek Bar

Automatically updates as the audio/video plays. Drag the slider to directly go to any specific point in the video.

Go Fullscreen

To view audio/video in full screen mode.

Exit Fullscreen

Go back to normal screen mode from full screen mode.

Video File Formats

Depending on the browser in which the audio or video is played, files in other formats may or may not play. Some audio or video codecs are also dependent on the web browser you are using.
