Left-Hand Options in the 'Files' tab

This article helps you understand the left-hand options in the 'Files' tab on Asite.

Below is a brief description of the menu options on the left-hand side of the 'Files' tab:

  1. All (Default) - Shows a list of all the files accessible to you across all the filtered projects.
    ​

  2. Incomplete Tasks - Indicates the count of incomplete tasks on files across all the filtered projects. Clicking on the count shows you a filtered list of files on which you have incomplete tasks.

    • To see related options, right-click one or more files. Alternatively, choose one or more files and click the 'More Options' icon at the top right.

  3. Overdue Tasks - Indicates the count of overdue tasks on files across all the filtered projects. Clicking on the count shows you a filtered list of files on which you have overdue tasks.

    • To see related options, right-click one or more files. Alternatively, choose one or more files and click the 'More Options' icon at the top right.

  4. Due Today - Indicates the count of tasks on files to be completed today across all the filtered projects. Clicking on the count shows you a filtered list of files on which you have tasks to be completed today.

    • To see related options, right-click one or more files. Alternatively, choose one or more files and click the 'More Options' icon at the top right.

  5. Unread Comments - Indicates the total number of unread file comments across all the filtered projects. Clicking the count reveals a filtered list of all the unread file comments in the 'Comments' view under the 'Files' tab.

    • To see related options, right-click one or more comments. Alternatively, choose one or more comments and click the 'More Options' icon at the top right.

  6. Unread Reviews - Indicates the total number of unread comment reviews across all the filtered projects. Clicking the count reveals a filtered list of all the unread comment reviews in the 'Comments' view under the 'Files' tab.

    • To see related options, right-click one or more reviews. Alternatively, choose one or more reviews and click the 'More Options' icon at the top right.
