View Forms Saved as Drafts

This article will explain how to view forms saved as drafts.

  • Users can view, edit, and export forms saved as drafts.

  • They can access all associated details (including attachments), update the draft message and export the form as needed.


How Can I View a Form Saved as a Draft?

  1. Select the required Project.

  2. Navigate to the Project Forms tab.

  3. From the folder structure on the left, select the form type you want to view.

    • All form instances will be displayed on the right.

  4. Locate the form draft in the list and click to open it.

    • Forms saved as drafts are identified by having Draft as their Form ID.

  5. The selected form will open in a new window. To edit the form draft, click the Edit icon (top-right).

  6. While editing, use the top-bar options to:

    • Add attachments

    • Create associations

    • Edit the form message

  7. When editing is complete, choose one of the following:

    • Save Draft - Save your changes.

    • Send - Submit the form.

    • Discard Draft - Discard unsaved changes.

  8. After saving, click the Form Information icon (top right) to return to the form details view.

    • The total number of attachments and associations for the form is displayed at the top.

  9. To access more details, click the More Options icon (top-right). The following table explains all available options under More Options:

View the form's attributes, publishing details and a direct shareable link.

Export Options

  • All Messages to PDF - Converts all message threads in the open form to PDF.

  • Printable Version - Opens a print view of the form draft with counts of attachments and associations.

  • Print Form Details - Opens a print view of the form draft without mentioning the attachments or association counts.

Exports the current draft message to a PDF file.

All Messages to PDF

Exports all message threads within the open form to a single PDF file.

Printable Version

Opens a print view of the draft form including attachment and association counts.

Print Form Details

Opens a print view of the draft form excluding attachment and association counts.
