View Contacts

This article shows you how to view details of your project and organisation contacts.

Asite enables its users to view their contacts on Asite using the 'Contacts' tab. When you click the 'Contacts' tab, you are displayed all the user details accessible to you. This list of contacts will include:

  1. Organisation User - All your organisation users will be available since you are the logged-in user.

  2. Project User - All the users from projects accessible to you will be available. You need to have the 'Can view Audit Information' privilege to list users of a project.

  3. Public User - All the public users available on Asite will be available.


Views

You will have an option to switch between thumb view and list view. You can click on the gear icon available on the right-hand side, and then click the view change icon.

Quick Filters

You can quickly filter the contacts using the button on the left-hand panel. Quick options include:

  1. All - Clicking on this option will list all the accessible contacts

  2. My Org - Clicking on this option will list all the contacts from the user's organisation.

  3. My Projects - Clicking on this option will list all the contacts from the user's accessible projects. (This will be based on projects selected in the project filter)

Sending aMessage

You can quickly send an aMessage from the 'Contacts' tab. You need to click a user contact, clicking on which a text box will appear at the bottom of thumb (in thumb view), user can enter the message and click 'Enter' to send the aMessage.

In the list view, you can click 'Send an aMessage' by clicking the user's profile image. It will open a contact card, where you can enter the message at the bottom of the card and click 'Enter' to send the aMessage.
