This is where you configure costs and prepare the price breakdown structure for your contract based on each section of the contract. Below is a description of the available fields:

The first row of section code named 'CONTR' is available by default. It can only be edited and cannot be deleted. To edit, select the section code using the available checkbox, hover your mouse on the left side of the checkbox to see the edit icon named 'Edit Row Data'. It will open a layered screen as shown below:

A. Section Code

This field is filled in by default and non-editable.

B. Section Name

This field is filled in by default and non-editable.

C. CBS Code

The CBS Code in the first row is filled in by default and non-editable. However, you can add multiple CBS codes using the add new CBS Code option if required.

D. Description

Enter a description against each of CBS code added. This is mandatory to fill.

E. Original Price

Enter original price against the CBS code. If you don't have a price at the contract wide level, keep it as zero.

F. Anticipated Variations

Enter anticipated variation in price against the CBS code.

G. Add New CBS Code

To add additional rows of CBS Code and its details within this section, click on the 'Add New CBS Code' option available at bottom left. It will populate the new rows as required.

Enter required details as explained above then click 'Update' to close the 'Price Breakdown Structure' screen and get back to the previous screen, else click 'Close'. Depending upon the price values entered, a section total and/or control total will be displayed at the bottom of the window as applicable.

H. Add New Price Breakdown Structure

To add a new price breakdown structure, you need to click on 'Add New Price Breakdown Structure' option available at bottom left of this form section. It will open a layered screen with options to enter details regarding section and CBS Codes for the section as applicable.

H1. Section Code

Enter Section Code for this Price Breakdown Structure. This field is mandatory to fill and cannot be edited once the form is created.

H2. Section Name

Enter Section Name for this Price Breakdown Structure. This is mandatory to fill.

H3. CBS Code

Enter CBS Code for this Section as required. This field is mandatory to fill and cannot be edited once the form is created.

H4. Description

Enter a description against each of CBS code added. This is mandatory to fill.

H5. Original Price

Enter original price against the CBS code.

H6. Anticipated Variations

Enter anticipated variation in price against the CBS code.
