This is where you configure the key contract dates for your contract. Below is a description of the available fields:
A. Date of Accepted Programme
Select the date of the accepted programme as applicable for this contract.
Entering Key Contract Dates
The first row of 'Date Type' named 'Contract Completion' (having 'Date Ref' as 'CC' and 'Date Description' as 'Overall Contract Completion Date') is only available to edit and cannot be deleted. To edit, select a row containing the required date details using the available checkbox, hover your mouse on the left side of the checkbox to see the edit icon named 'Edit Row Data'. It will open a layered screen as shown below:
B. Date Type
This field is filled in by default and is non-editable.
C. Date Ref
This field is filled in by default and is non-editable.
D. Date Description
This field is filled in by default and is non-editable.
E. Original Completion Date
Select a date from the calendar which will be considered as the original completion date for the corresponding 'Date Type' and 'Date Ref'. This is mandatory to select.
F. Planned Completion Date
Select a date from the calendar which will be considered as the planned completion date for the corresponding 'Date Type' and 'Date Ref'. This is mandatory to select.
G. Anticipated Delays (Days)
Enter the number of days considered as an anticipated delay for the corresponding 'Date Type' and 'Date Ref'.
H. Bonus (per Day)
Enter bonus (applies if the contracted work was completed early) that will be considered per day for the corresponding 'Date Type' and 'Date Ref'.
I. LAD (per Day)
Enter LAD (i.e. delay damages) that will be considered per day for the corresponding 'Date Type' and 'Date Ref'.
J. Add New Key Contract Dates
To add new key contract dates, click the 'Add New Key Contract Dates' option at the bottom left of this form section. It will open a layered screen with options to enter details regarding new key contract dates as applicable.
J1. Date Type
Select a date type for this key contract date. The available values are - Sectional Completion and Key Date. This field is mandatory to fill and cannot be edited once the form is created.
J2. Date Ref
Enter the date ref for this key contract date. This field is mandatory to fill and cannot be edited once the form is created.
J3. Date Description
Enter Section Code for this Price Breakdown Structure. This field is mandatory to fill.
J4. Original Completion Date - Select a date from the calendar which will be considered as the original completion date for the corresponding 'Date Type' and 'Date Ref'. This is mandatory to select.
J5. Planned Completion Date
Select a date from the calendar which will be considered as the planned completion date for the corresponding 'Date Type' and 'Date Ref'. This is mandatory to select.
J6. Anticipated Delays (Days)
Enter the number of days that will be considered as an anticipated delay for the corresponding 'Date Type' and 'Date Ref'.
J7. Bonus (per Day)
Enter bonus (applies if the contracted work was completed early) that will be considered per day for the corresponding 'Date Type' and 'Date Ref'.
J8. LAD (per Day)
Enter LAD (i.e. delay damages) that will be considered per day for the corresponding 'Date Type' and 'Date Ref'.
Enter the required details as explained above, then click 'Update' to close the 'Key Contract Dates' screen and get back to the previous screen, else click 'Close'.
