Right click on the folder and select 'Watch > Stop Watching' to stop keeping a watch of activities performed on selected project folder. This option will only be available for project folders in which 'Start Watching' is already enabled.

As soon as you click on 'Stop Watching', you will stop receiving instant notifications or immediate email notifications for all watch activities. If daily email notifications are configured instead of immediate email notifications, notifications will stop next day onwards.
