Manage an Existing Rule for Auto-Fetch Attributes

This article helps you understand how to manage a rule for auto fetching file attribute information.

Users on Asite with the required privileges can modify any existing rule from the 'Auto-Fetch Attributes' screen.

  1. Go to the 'Admin' tab and click the 'Auto-Fetch Attributes' option; you will see all existing rules.

  2. icon -To view the rule audit history, i.e. when it was created, modified, deactivated or reactivated.

  3. icon - To edit the rule.

  4. icon - To make the rule inactive.

  5. To reactivate an inactive rule, click the icon in the record of a particular rule.
