View Superseded Revisions of a File Open in Viewer

This article helps you understand how to view superseded revisions of a file open in viewer.

Updated over a week ago

You can navigate to view superseded revisions of the file open in the viewer from the dropdown option at the top. It contains details for each revision, as shown in the screenshot below.

Any file revision marked as private and not shared with you cannot be accessed unless you are an administrator on the folder containing that particular file.

Click on any previous revision to open that particular file revision in a new browser tab.

Whenever the file revision opened in the viewer is found a superseded revision, a message will appear at the top of the screen stating, 'You are not viewing the latest revision of this file'. This indicates that you are viewing an older revision of the file.
