Right click on the file and select 'Watch > Stop Watching' to stop keeping a watch of activities performed on selected files.

This option will only appear for files in which 'Start Watching' is already enabled.

As soon as you click on 'Stop Watching', you will stop receiving instant notifications or immediate email notifications for watch activities in selected files. If daily email notifications are configured instead of immediate email notifications, notifications will stop next day onwards.
