At Asite we recognise the importance of your feedback and work continually to improve the tool and bring you new features.

We are pleased to bring you our new release Adoddle 19.5 which has exciting new features as well as bug fixes.

Adoddle 19.5 Release New Features and Key Enhancements

Notification to Users When Boundary Timer Initiates: Users now have an option to notify select users when a Boundary Timer event is executed on a workflow task, ensuring key users are informed in time with least manual intervention.

Ability to Track Audit History of App Settings: Adoddle now has ability to track changes made by users in App Settings.

“Start Workflow” replaced with “Project Form”: “Start Workflow” option in Files tab, accessible upon right click in listing and by clicking “New” left hand side button in files viewer, is renamed as “Project Form”.

Filter for Activity Locks on Files Listing: Adoddle now supports filtering files with Activity Locks in Files Listing pages. It would enable users to easily locate their files in which one or more of its activities may be locked for editing.

Optimized presentation of Folder Permissions screen: Adoddle has improved the presentation of its Folder Permissions screen by managing available space to improve readability.

Upgraded Web Reports: Adoddle Web Reports has been upgraded to improve user experience.

Manage Status for Project Templates: Adoddle now allows you to set colour and style formatting for File statuses and Form statuses at Project Template level.

Extended Setting for Distribution after Form Creation: Adoddle App Settings now allow you to set whether all users in the project or all users in a specific project role should be allowed to distribute selected form after its creation.

Other Platform Changes:

Support for English (Ireland): Adoddle now supports English (Ireland) language within its interface. This will make it more convenient for native English speakers in Ireland to use our solution.

1. Adoddle Web Application

Adoddle provides a unique and comprehensive set of capabilities in a single, unified environment to manage your Drawings, Project Schedules, BIM Models, Reports and Apps and share information across teams spread across different geographies.

Adoddle allows teams to access, capture, track and re-use data throughout the lifecycle of an asset from Feasibility to Facilities Management.

The following Section provides further details of the Improvements and New Features added to the Platform.

1.1 Adoddle Files

Filter for Activity Locks on Files Listing: Adoddle now supports filtering files with Activity Locks in Files Listing pages. It would enable users to easily locate their files in which one or more of its activities may be locked for editing.

Optimized presentation of Folder Permissions screen: Adoddle has improved the presentation of its Folder Permissions screen by managing available space to improve readability.

Columns in default view on Listing pages: In default view on Adoddle, columns in File and Form listing pages have been rearranged to make the interface more user-friendly.

Prompt message in Viewer for File Revisions: Adoddle users will now see a prompt message at the top side of File Viewer, in case the file being viewed is not the latest version (based on accessibility).

Support to open Revision links from Audit History: Adoddle now supports viewing of document revisions in File Viewer by just clicking on relevant File Name available under Revisions in Audit History for any particular document.

1.2 Adoddle Projects

Manage Status for Project Templates: Adoddle now allows you to set colour and style formatting for File statuses and Form statuses at Project Template level. Users will be able to include such changes while using clone and inherit options for creating new Projects from Project Templates.

Email Notifications for ‘Workspace Administrator’ role: When creating projects, an email will not be triggered for Workspace Administrator Role assignment. Any other role assignments after that will work as usual i.e. based on the notification setting.

1.3 Adoddle Forms

Ability to Track Audit History of App Settings: Adoddle now has ability to track changes made by users in App Settings.

Extended Setting for Distribution after Form Creation: Adoddle App Settings now allow you to set whether all users in the project or all users in a specific project role should be allowed to distribute selected form after its creation.

Update App Settings to existing records: Users making specific changes to Form Settings will see that their changes will get applied even to existing form instances. Ensures more automation and less re-work while creating form instances.

1.4 Adoddle Reports

Upgraded Web Reports: Adoddle Web Reports has been upgraded to improve user experience.

1.5 Adoddle Extensibility

Improved instructions for setting password: Adoddle users will see clear and precise information regarding our Password requirements on the “Reset/Enter password” pages. This is to ensure that there are least chances for any confusion while resetting a login password.

Support for English (Ireland): Adoddle now supports English (Ireland) language within its interface. This will make it more convenient for native English speakers in Ireland to use our solution.

Integration related Enhancements:

Adoddle Data-Ingest service is extended to support importing of Information Delivery Plan data into Adoddle Platform.

Now Data-Ingest service also supports data import from XLSM File.

1.6 Adoddle Workflows

Notes:

1. Updating the applets does NOT require Administrator permissions on the local machine.

2. Clicking on “Always” option when prompted with a certificate will ensure that similar prompts do not appear for current as well as any other applet signed by Asite. If this option has already been activated, these updates will be automatically installed.

3. Adoddle Navigator installation / update requires administrator rights.
