We are pleased to bring you our new release Adoddle 18.9 which has exciting new features as well as bug fixes. We are particularly excited to announce support for Custom Attributes in configuring trigger conditions for Adoddle Visual Workflow.

Adoddle 18.9 Release New Features and Key Enhancements

Support for Custom Attributes in Visual Workflow: Adoddle users can now configure workflow triggers by using Custom Attributes setup in the Project. Custom Attributes which are dropdown lists and multiple selection checkbox will now be available to select while configuring a workflow trigger within the Trigger Conditions box.

Viewing Form Attachments & Associations Improved: We have expanded the details that are displayed when Viewing Associations and Attachments of a form. Adoddle users will now see more metadata for files, forms, discussions, views and external attachments associated with a form in a single click. Links for Attachments and Associations in Form Viewer are replaced by separate individual links for Files, Forms, Discussions, Views and External Attachments.

Viewing Bidirectional Form Relationship: If Form “A” is associated with Form “B” users can view Form “A” details while viewing Form “B” (existing functionality). The update will now allow users to see Form “B” details when viewing Form “A”.

Direct Links for Associations in Form Listing: Adoddle users can now view more details about associations of a form in the form listing page. A simple mouse over the association’s icon users will see a tool tip with basic details and clicking on the tool tip will allow users to view more details.

Improvement in Searching Catalogues: Adoddle Procurement Catalogue Search functionality now supports more advance options.

Other Platform Enhancements:

Global Search Enhancement: Adoddle Global search is now optimised for better performance.

3D Files Viewer Enhancement: Adoddle 3D files viewer is upgraded for better performance.

Session Timeout Duration: Users can now select values lower than 30 mins i.e. 5,10,15,20 and 25 mins for session timeout duration when the session is idle.

Adoddle allows teams to access, capture, track and re-use data throughout the lifecycle of an asset from Feasibility to Facilities Management.

1.1 Adoddle Workflows

1.3 Adoddle Procurement

Improvement in Searching Catalogues: Adoddle Procurement Catalogue Search Functionality now supports more advance options as mentioned below:

Full text search: By using double quotes users can now conduct exact text match searches e.g. "Round Brush". This will search items with exact match for "Round Brush".

All of these (default): This search function will check for all items matching any of the words entered. For e.g. round brush 12mm. This will search items having all of these words, irrespective of the sequence.

Any of these: This search function will check for items which contain any one word by using OR in between. For e.g. round OR brush. This will search items having words either Round or Brush.

1.4 Adoddle Field

Changes in Apps Widget: Apps Widget is now improved in Adoddle Field. Users can now view Form Status along with Due Date and Action for a user.

Files Attachments & Associations: Introducing Associations icon in file listing. Users can view a summary of all attachments and associations of a file by simple mouse over the icon through a tool tip. Click on any option in the tool tip to view more details of attachments and associations including their Meta data.

1.2 Adoddle Discussions

Discussion Attachments & Associations: Introducing Associations icon in discussions listing. Users can view a summary of all attachments and associations of a discussion by simple mouse over the icon through a tool tip. Click on any option in the tool tip to view more details of attachments and associations including their Meta data.

1.5 Other Platform Utilities

Global Search Enhancement: Adoddle Global search is now optimised for better performance.

3D Files Viewer Enhancement: Adoddle 3D files viewer is upgraded for better performance.

Notes:

1. Updating the applets DO NOT require Administration rights on local machine.

2. Clicking on “Always” option when prompted with a certificate will ensure that similar prompts do not appear for current as well as any other applet signed by Asite. If this option has already been activated, these updates will be automatically installed.

3. Adoddle Navigator installation / update requires administrator rights.
