We are pleased to bring you our new release Adoddle 18.7 which has exciting new features as well as bug fixes. We are particularly excited to announce Defect Management App in Adoddle Web Application and Adoddle Field.

Adoddle 18.7 Release New Features and Key Enhancements

Adoddle Field Defect Management: Adoddle users now have an ability to raise and collaborate for prompt resolution of defects. This feature is available on Adoddle Web Application and Adoddle Field Application for Tablets running Android and iOS.

View Workflow Stage and Status in listing area: Know the current workflow status and stage of a file from file listing area. Users will get to know the current Workflow Status & Stage of a particular file from two new column fields i.e. Workflow Status and Workflow Stage are added in file listing area.

Left Hand Panel width is retained: Adoddle users will not have to increase or decrease the width of LH Panel across tabs every time they navigate back to a tab/ listing area as Adoddle will remember and retain user’s previous setting of LH Panel width.

View Project location graphically via Map Widget: Adoddle users can view locations of all projects graphically on World Map through pin point using a Map Widget.

New System Task to change File Privacy: Now easily change file privacy from Public to Private and vice a versa. A new system task is added in Adoddle Workflow Manager to change document type of all or selected revisions of a document.

Parity with Classic: The Adoddle platform is continuously being enhanced to have parity with all key functions available in Classic. Adoddle introduces the following parity functions:

Edit Link Type: Easily change the link type of any uploaded files from Static to Dynamic and vice a versa.

Markups - Allow custom distribution with Mark Up: Project Administrators have ability to configure markup options for a project like Launch Create Comment Page, Save Mark up only and create comment automatically. Also while creating a new comment, users can associate existing markups.

1. Adoddle Web Application

Adoddle provides a unique and comprehensive set of capabilities in a single, unified environment in order to manage your Drawings, Project Schedules, BIM Models, Reports and Apps and share information across teams spread over different geographies.

Adoddle allows teams to access, capture, track and re-use data throughout the lifecycle of an asset from Feasibility to Facilities Management.

1.1 Platform Utility

Left Hand Panel width is retained: Adoddle users will not have to increase or decrease the width of LH Panel across tabs every time they navigate back to a tab/ listing area as Adoddle will remember and retain user’s previous setting of LH Panel width.

To use this widget it needs to be added to the dashboard and the exact project address needs to be captured in Additional Workspace Information in Classic.

1.2 Adoddle Workflows

1.3 Adoddle Files

1.4 Adoddle Procurement

eRequisition Zero Step Approval: eRequisition simplified further, along with Single Step and Two step approvals, eRequisition now supports zero step approval process as well. Zero Step approval does not require any approval for draft requisition and requisition are created as soon as Draft requisition are saved.
	Show all catalogue template fields in catalogue: We have new fields added in Adoddle standard catalogue like Bucket Pricing, Custom Attributes, and Classification code. All these newly added fields are now available under catalogue comparison, while uploading a catalogue.

1.5 Adoddle Projects

Create Field Enabled Projects: Administrators can enable Field option on an existing project and while creating a new project as well to start using the defect management feature on any Project.

1.6 Admin for Defects Management

	Add Site & Locations in a Project from Field tab: Project administrators can add sites to a field enabled project and also add locations to these sites.
Add PDF Drawings to Locations: Administrators can do a right click on locations of a site in a project to add drawings in PDF format.
	Calibrate PDF drawings to quickly raise defects from devices: Project administrators can calibrate PDF drawings from web application to help users raise defects in calibrated zones from tablet devices using Adoddle Field application.

2. Adoddle Field

Adoddle Field is a simple, easy-to-use tool that enables project collaboration with contacts and project teams on the move or anywhere on a job site. Sign in with your Adoddle account to publish and share drawings, photos, and files of any type, and always have access to the very latest set of project information no matter where your work takes you. Mark-up documents and drawings and issue actions to team members, allowing you to stay on top of time-critical review processes. View and mark-up Building Information Models (BIM) in 3D, including the ability to drill down into the components of the model and review discipline-specific elements.

Adoddle Field enables you to view and review multiple model files from disparate BIM Authoring toolsets merged into one unified model in Adoddle cBIM in the cloud. Raise RFIs, Defects / Punch lists, or any of the hundreds of other project workflow forms available in the Adoddle App Library and issue them to team members directly from your iPad with direct and automatic links to the relevant parts of any file or model. The Adoddle platform maintains a full and complete audit trail of all communications as a project progresses

Adoddle Field for tablet devices now comes with new user friendly interface which includes features like Dashboard, Dashboard Widgets, and ability to mark selected files and folders as available offline for offline use.

2.1 Adoddle Field - Defect Management App - On Tablet Devices

Adoddle Field Defect Management: Adoddle Field users now have an ability to raise and collaborate for prompt resolution of defects. This feature is available on Adoddle Web Application and Adoddle Field application for Tablets running on Android and iOS.

Defect Management Feature on Tablet Devices: Users can click pictures of defects on site and associate them with defects form and share it with key project stakeholders for their prompt resolution using tablet devices. By doing a long press on PDF drawings on devices will launch a defects form with details of location, site and zone pre populated.

PDF drawings need to be uploaded and calibrated on a project using Adoddle Web Application by Project Administrators.

1. Updating the applets DOES NOT require Administration rights on local machine.

2. Clicking on “Always” option when prompted with a certificate will ensure that similar prompts do not appear for current as well as any other applet signed by Asite. If this option has already been activated, these updates will be automatically install.

3. Adoddle Navigator installation / update requires administrator rights.
